Bookings

Bookings are essential and you will need to ring the office once you know the date and time you need transport. The more notice you can give us the more chance we have of being able to provide transport on the day and at the time you require. We require three days notice for local transport but understand you may need to visit the Doctor in a hurry. If you ring on the day we normally are unable to provide transport at short notice, but will try to assist if we can. We may suggest different times when we can assist, if your appointment can be changed.

We are unable to transport people home who have undergone day surgery but may be able to organise a nursing service to return you from hospital for a small fee.

Bookings for Sydney transport require your appointments to be made between 10.30am and 1.00pm to allow for return travel from Nowra. First appointment times for Wollongong are 9.30am with the last appointment being 2.30pm to allow for return travel from Nowra. Sometimes transport cannot be provided due to time constraints and vehicle availability.

If you are undergoing a procedure that takes three or more hours or pre-admission to hospital, our driver may not be able to wait and you may need to organise overnight accommodation in Sydney or Wollongong, and a driver will return the next day to pick you up.

We have an answering machine which will record messages if you need to contact the office after business hours to cancel or change a booking or enquire about our services.
