Cost of services

The actual contribution depends on what service you are receiving and the distance travelled. You will be informed of the contribution at the time of your booking.

Whilst we receive funding to provide our service, this funding does not cover the full cost of running the service. Therefore we ask that  a contribution be paid for our service which is heavily subsided for HACC and CTP eligible clients. Clients who are determined as not being HACC or CTP eligible are charged at full cost EG: Workers Compensation claims.

If you have difficulty paying the contribution it is important to let us know as we may be able to make arrangements to assist. The contribution for eligible clients is negotiable and access to services will not be denied due to inability to pay.

Contributions are paid to the driver at the time of transportation. If you wish to make alternative arrangements for payment of contributions, please contact our office.
